Mantis Growth Labs was born out of years leading data and business operations inside fast-growth SaaS companies.

I saw the same pattern repeat: companies drowning in data but starved for alignment - each team optimizing locally while growth stalled globally.

This lab exists to change that. My work blends data architecture, process design, and revenue operations to help organizations build their own “growth operating system.”
